Lately it seems all the mail in my inbox seems to be from internet marketers wanting to tell me about their latest product that they’re flogging. I understand this and I’m totally fine with it, usually I only just skim the first paragraph and if it doesn’t attract my attention further I don’t bother reading on. But it’s when the emailing gets too much and they start sending you a couple a day. Also everyone seems to follow the same format, in their emails and landing pages which I think does make people a little skeptical. Even if your message is delivered to near perfection, and you’ve got the most amazing copy, if it just looks like everyone else’s design format then surely that sends out a message that you’re just the same as everybody else – no?
Also in the emails, you occassionally get over inflated claims of earnings, e.g. I made $1000 in 5 Hrs with this product – You can do the same. Nowadays with Photo Shop it’s kinda easy to doctor these paypal and adsense statements. So it kinda makes you wonder, who really is telling the truth? For now I’ve decided to ignore these emails and concentrate on my own thing, and come back to all the forums when I’ve made my first online million. Then it might be me sending you all those emails and wondering why no one is buying my Info products.
